A Little About Me...

Hi friend! I'm Alyssa, a Registered Dietitian with 10 years of experience.

My interest in PCOS grew after being diagnosed with this condition. I had been struggling with infertility & irregular periods after going off of hormonal birth control. As I learned more about PCOS, it was obvious that I've had symptoms since my teenage years. I quickly learned what you've probably learned by now: there is very little guidance often offered within the medical community aside from medications and a weight loss prescription. There's also a ton of conflicting information (and misinformation!) out there on the best approach for PCOS.

Soooo...here's what I did: I decided to specialize in PCOS. I've spent countless hours staying up to date on all the research in regards to PCOS. I realized that PCOS is a lifelong condition and it really needs a balanced approach that will suit you for life.

After years of experience and fine tuning my approach, I've helped hundreds of women manage their PCOS symptoms while also enjoying foods that they love. I cannot wait to help you too!
